What our work together looks like
I usually start each of my individual coaching relationships with an amazing tool, which is called the Energy Leadership ™ Index (ELI) Assessment. This assessment provides a snapshot of your perception and attitude towards life. It shows you how you currently perceive life and which typical patterns of thought, feelings and behavior result from your individual level of consciousness. The assessment is based on the 7 energy levels and shows you how you have been using your energy in different situations or areas of your life. It also reveals how you can use your existing energy resources to master challenging situations more efficiently and easily.

Your Human
Your human is the part that worries about you, wants you to be safe, and is afraid to try new things. The part that tries to fulfill all tasks and expectations, wants to be liked by everyone and is afraid to make mistakes. This strategy makes him feel safe. But at the same time this strategy costs a lot of energy & stress and limits the possibilities because his field of vision is limited. He has adopted many inner beliefs over the years and now considers them unchangeable. The driving force is fear.

Your Soul
Your soul, on the other hand, is the part that is complete, that is infinitely powerful, and for which everything is possible. Your soul perceives life in a completely different way. The natural state of your soul is happiness & abundance. Since your soul cannot be hurt, it is always in inner peace and balance. Your soul is who you really are, your true essence. Your soul's mission is to just enjoy life to the fullest, share positive energy with as many as possible and pursue your dreams because there are no limits. The driving force is love.

Hey love, I'm Patricia
I’m a Female Empowerment Coach, trained and certified by the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) in Core Energy Coaching and truly have found my passion in empowering other women to live their potential and no longer delay their dream life.
I've followed all the "shoulds" my whole life and felt a lot of stress, pressure and weight on my shoulders. I always knew there had to be more to life, but I had no idea how to achieve it.
I kinda had it all, the prestigious job, a big house, the most handsome & loving husband (which he still is ;)), earned a lot of money, ... but it didn't bring me the inner freedom and peace I was longing for. By disconnecting more and more from my true self, I finally had a severe burnout that changed everything.
​
I became obsessed with mindset work, quit the house lease to travel more and work remotely, became a vegan, went back to school to become a certified energy coach, quit my prestigious job and started my own coaching business where I'm so grateful to watch my clients kill it and transform their lives.
​
But it wasn't until recently that I finally found the magical missing piece I was still searching for to feel inner lightness and freedom, and I experienced happiness and freedom on a whole new level.
I remembered WHO I was and began to see my worth regardless of any outcome. I reconnected with the higher power of my soul and discovered how to let go of all the stress and struggles caused by the expectations of human life and bring my energy into alignment with my desires.

Where before I felt doubt and pressure, now I feel pure happiness, lightness, joy and infinite power! It feels as if the sky has cleared from the clouds and everything seems possible. I can't wait to see what life brings me next, but I KNOW that great things are about to happen.
